Insurance and Payment Policies

It is our policy to try to never turn a patient away based on an inability to pay for treatment.

We accept cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) and Care Credit.

In some cases, payment plans may be offered to help fit the cost of treatment into your budget. Financial Hardship cases will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For Patients Without Insurance
Willis ChiroMed requires that you pay for your services as they are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made.

For Patients With Insurance
Willis ChiroMed participates as in-network, preferred providers for all major medical insurance companies, including:

• Blue Cross – Blue Shield
• Aetna
• Cigna
• Medicare
• Medcost
• Medicaid
• United Healthcare
• Others

In addition, Willis ChiroMed also participates as preferred providers for accident/injury insurance plans, including:

• USAA
• Ohio Bureau of Workman’s Compensation

Because we are preferred providers for all of these carriers, you get the discount in fees that your carrier provides for you. Should paying your deductible or co-pays be difficult, we offer a host of payment options that we can use to help fit into your budget.

For Patients Involved In Car Accidents
Willis ChiroMed works cooperatively with all major car insurance companies, including:

• Allstate
• State Farm
• Geico
• Farm Bureau
• Natiowide
• Progressive
• USAA
• Others

If the adjusters for these car insurance carriers agree to pay Willis ChiroMed directly for our services, then we’ll gladly work with them to pay for your treatment once your case is settled.

Should you elect to have an attorney protect your rights throughout your recovery process, we will accept a “Letter of Protection” from the attorney to defer collecting payment for your treatment until after your case has been settled.
