After we study the results of your history, exam, x-rays and any special studies, we will make recommendations designed to restore and then maintain your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

During this visit, the doctor will explain your condition to you. He will review the exam findings and x-rays with you so that you can actually SEE the underlying cause of your condition.

Personalized Treatment Plan

The doctor will review your treatment plan with you. Not only will you understand what procedures will be done but also WHY they are being performed. The doctor will lay out all the goals of your treatment plan and will explain your overall prognosis – that is, how likely you are to respond to the treatment plan. Any pertinent side effects or risks associated with the treatment will also be reviewed. Be sure to ask all the questions you may have. We want our patients to have full understanding of their condition and treatment at our facilities.

Chiropractic Adjustments & Therapeutic Modalities
Upon your consent, we will begin your official treatment plan. Chiropractic adjustments and various therapeutic modalities will be performed to begin restoring your health. The doctor may issue you a supportive appliance such as a back brace, heel lift, cervical pillow, or other such device. The doctor will give you instructions for home that may include the application of ice or heat, the performance of certain exercises, or modifications in your daily routine that will facilitate your recovery and prevent worsening of your condition.

Before you leave, the staff will review your appointment calendar with you and set up your financial arrangements. If applicable, your insurance coverage and our financial policies will be reviewed with you and you will be offered various payment options to choose from.
